People that are suffering from these condition experience coughing, wheezing, anxiety due to their inability to breath well and many more. Another strain of asthma is known as nocturnal asthma. The symptoms of this asthma are more like the day time asthma though they make people have trouble sleeping. The person will experience difficulties while trying to breathe. The anxiety of being unable to breath keeps them awake all night. Those people that suffer from chronic asthma disease are the people that suffer from this condition. Thus, people that are having trouble sleeping because of their asthmatic condition should consider seeking treatment.

Sleep apnea disorder is also a condition that can make people have difficulties in breathing. This is whereby a person has irregular breathing patterns; there are times when the breathing stops. This pattern makes oxygen levels to drop hence a person does not get enough oxygen in their system. The condition is characterized by loud snoring and waking up tired even after sleeping for more than eight hours. There are many types of sleep apnea condition; there is obstructive sleep apnea, complex sleep apnea, and lastly there is central sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by an obstruction of the throat muscle. During these times there is not enough oxygen supply in the body. When the muscle that controls breathing does not get the signal it causes one to suffer from sleep apnea. Complex sleep apnea occurs when a patient has both central and obstructive sleep apnea. Many people suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. The the consistency of the problem determines the severity of sleep apnea.

The best thing to do is to undergo sleep disorder test that will diagnose the cause of a breathing problem at night. Sleep is necessary; for the well-being of the body. people should ensure that there are having no issues that distract their sleep.
